LEGAL DISCLAIMER

It is not possible to conclude a sales contract or service agreement via the Website, which means that advertisements, price lists, catalogs, and other information about products and services posted on the Website should not be treated as an offer, but rather as an invitation to enter into an agreement. A contract may be concluded as a result of an inquiry directed to the Owner and after the parties agree on the detailed terms of such a contract. ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The following electronic services are available on the Website: contact form, newsletter, and blog.

Using the contact form is possible after the user completes three consecutive steps: (1) navigating to the "How Can We Help You?" tab or another tab with the available contact form, (2) selecting a topic and filling out the contact form with the data indicated as mandatory, and (3) clicking the "Submit" button. The contact form requires the user to provide the content of the message directed to the Owner and at least the following user data: name, contact phone number, and email address.

The electronic service of the contact form is provided free of charge and is one-time, concluding upon sending a message through it or upon previously stopping formulating a message through it.

Subscribing to the newsletter requires entering an email address in the "Newsletter" tab visible on the Website, to which future editions of the bulletin on news and promotions offered by the Owner will be sent, and then clicking the "Subscribe" button – at this point, the user's data will be saved in the Owner's mailing database.

The electronic newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The user may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and without providing a reason by sending a corresponding request to the Owner electronically at: biuro@wgholding.pl or using the unsubscribe link included in each message sent through the newsletter.

Browsing the blog is possible by navigating to the "Publications" tab visible on the Website. The blog is available free of charge to all visitors without the need to provide any data or perform other actions. On the blog, the Owner publishes articles related to the topics of the Website, the products offered, and the services provided. The Owner allows comments to be added under the blog posts. User comments express only their own opinion and do not represent the Owner's opinion. To add a comment, you need to enter its content and click the "Publish" button. The comment will appear on the Owner's blog once it is approved.

The user may discontinue using the blog at any time and without providing a reason by closing the web browser.

All content sent through the Website should be reliable and contain true information.

It is prohibited for users to send and post content that violates netiquette and contains false information or may mislead others, as well as content that advertises or promotes, directly or indirectly, other websites, products, and services. The Owner reserves the right to remove content that violates the above rules.

Copyright and intellectual property rights to the Website as a whole and the content, graphics, works, designs, and trademarks available on it belong to the Owner or other authorized third parties and are protected by copyright law and other applicable legal provisions. The use of the content posted on the Website is permitted without restrictions for personal use. Any other use of the content posted on the Website requires prior explicit consent from the Administrator or other authorized third parties.
